Rhode Island Energy is a utility company focused on providing gas and electric services to the citizens of Rhode Island. 

The Problem

In August 2024, the company needed a way to tell their customers about changes they could expect during their company transition, as they were moving away from their original parent company. Being a utility company, many of their customers had a bad attitude towards the organization, leaving negative comments and reviews frequently on social media. RI Energy needed an effective way to communicate with their customers in a positive manner.

The Solution

We helped RI Energy create video content that answered customer questions about their transition, providing comfort and reassurance throughout the process for customers. Customer feedback to the new video content was overwhelmingly positive, and resulted in some of the most shared posts on their Instagram page.
